Iowa State's E.J. Bibbs made a one-handed TD catch against Oklahoma State (GIF)

How about this touchdown catch by Iowa State TE E.J. Bibbs?

Bibbs made a one-handed snag of a pass from Sam Richardson in the third quarter against Oklahoma State as a defender closed in on him from behind and as he saw another closing in on him.

Bibbs, a preseason All-Big 12 selection has had a slow start to the season. The TD catch is just his second of the year and he had 11 catches for 88 yards entering the season. But with that score you can see why he is so highly regarded.

The TD pass came on a fortunate second chance for Iowa State as well. Richardson threw an interception to the same area of field the play before. However, Oklahoma State was called for defensive holding and Iowa State also committed a foul, and as the penalties offset, Iowa State got a second chance.

Bibbs' TD closed Iowa State's deficit to 20-13, but Oklahoma State immediately responded with a score. The Cowboys also scored on the final play of the first half and returned the opening kickoff of the second half for a touchdown.
