Braxton Miller volleyed back at Michigan State LB Taiwan Jones on Wednesday.
Miller, without mentioning Jones by name, said on Twitter that he had never heard of the linebacker.

Michigan State plays Ohio State on Saturday and earlier in the week, Jones said that QB J.T. Barrett was a better quarterback for Ohio State's offense than Miller was.
Barrett has started the whole season for Ohio State after Miller reinjured his shoulder before the season began, so unfortunately, we won't get to see Miller and Jones settle this on the field.
If you're wondering, Barrett has thrown for 1,856 yards, 23 touchdowns and seven interceptions in eight games while running for 296 yards. Miller threw for 2,094 yards, 24 touchdowns and seven interceptions in 11 games last year with 1,068 rushing yards. So Barrett's stats stack up favorably. And if he beats Michigan State on Saturday in East Lansing, he'll probably reinforce Jones' thinking.
