Another day, another new uniform.
On Wednesday, it was UAB that revealed a brand new look for the 2014 season. The Blazers, in year one under Bill Clark, will wear the combination in its season opening game against Troy at home on August 30.
As is customary these days, a few lucky players got to model the new look and walk in to a team meeting room to show them off. In this case, the team’s reaction was awesome.

— Uniswag (@Uniformswag) August 13, 2014 UAB hasn’t had a winning record since the 2004 season, but Clark is preaching that it’s a new era for the Blazers. While new uniforms won’t impact the team’s play on the field, they will generate a bit of excitement around the program and for the players.
