If you have Dish, you're not going to miss any college football this weekend.
The satellite company announced it will carry all four of Fox Sports 1's football games for college football's opening weekend. The games were in danger for Dish customers after the two parties were in a disagreement about the cost to carry the games.
“We are proud to deliver the most college football anywhere, at the best possible value," Dish vice president of programming Josh Clark said in a statement.
Fox Sports 1's first game of the weekend is Thursday night between Rutgers and Washington State. Games between Colorado State and Colorado (Friday), North Dakota State and Iowa State (Saturday) and SMU and Baylor (Sunday) are also on the network. Dish said customers' guides should have updated with the new information overnight.
The carriage dispute was only between FS1 and Dish. No other carriers were involved.
Fox Sports 1 recently celebrated its first anniversary on August 17. The network was rebranded from the Speed Channel and will carry a number of Big 12 and Pac-12 football games this year.
