Minnesota will wear special helmet decals for epilepsy awareness during Saturday's game against Ohio State.
November is epilepsy awareness month and Gophers coach Jerry Kill has epilepsy. Kill had a seizure during a game against New Mexico State in 2013 and missed time coaching after suffering a seizure at his home before a game.
The helmet decal is on the back of Minnesota's helmets, which are gold this week. Last week, Minnesota players wore red white and blue "M" decals on the sides of their helmets.

According to Minnesota, 2.2 million people have epilepsy in the United States.
It's the third year for the Go-Pher Epilepsy Awareness game. This spring, Kill and his wife launched the “Chasing Dreams Coach Kill Epilepsy Fund," a foundation that helps a camp for children with epilepsy and helps schools prepare for seizures. The fund has already surpassed its goal of raising $500,000.
