Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in December 2012 and running back Karlos Williams was part of a domestic battery investigation this season. However, Winston was not charged because of a lack of evidence in the case and the alleged victim in the investigation involving Williams wanted the case dropped.
Winston faces a Title IX hearing on December 1 for the incident and Williams could be subject to a Title IX investigation as well.
The Hurricanes and Seminoles kick off at 8 p.m. ET. Florida State enters the game with a 25-game winning streak.
