UCLA would like $500,000 to fund a babershop in its new football facility

UCLA is trying to fund its new Wasserman football center and you could own your very own piece of the facility.

Prices to fund parts of UCLA's new facility (@nathanfenno) UCLA is allowing some football-loving entrepreneur to give the program $500,000 to fund the in-house barbershop. Yes, UCLA plans to have a barbershop in its football facility because, well, why not?

If that’s a little pricey, $250,000 can get your name on the coaches’ kitchen or the players’ lounge theatre. Are the coaches too good to have food with the players?

So far, the only things funded in this project are the football center and lobby, and the team auditorium. The school is still looking for at least $17 million in funding — and likely a lot more since there are a few items that ask for the donator to call to find out how much they need.

If you’re the funder of the barbershop, do you get free trims for life? Or do you get to eat in the coaches’ gourmet kitchen if your name is on the wall? These are things I would want worked into my generous donation.
