JaMarcus Russell joins Leinart, Bosworth and Shuler in commercial sequel

The second commecial featuring former Oklahoma LB Brian Bosworth, former USC QB Matt Leinart and former Tennessee QB Heath Shuler is out and they're joined by former LSU QB JaMarcus Russell.

Russell joins the trio grilling in a backyard in the new Dish Network spot. The first commercial was set in a diner.

Russell was the highest-drafted of the four players. He went No. 1 overall in the 2007 NFL draft to the Oakland Raiders after his LSU Tigers went 11-2 and demolished Notre Dame in the 2007 Sugar Bowl. However, he only played in three seasons with the Raiders and threw 10 fewer touchdown passes (18) in those three seasons than he did in his final year at LSU (28).

He slimmed down last summer in an attempt to come back but wasn't signed by an NFL team.

While Russell's appearance is certainly unexpected, the best part of the commercial may be Leinart looking back fondly on USC while holding a bratwurst and saying "Glory, back in our hands."

No Matt, it's a piece of processed meat.
