Two Arkansas State fumbles meant two Toledo touchdowns in the first half of the GoDaddy Bowl on Sunday.
The second fumble by the Red Wolves was returned 68 yards by Toledo DT Allen Covington, who is listed at 6-2, 275 on Toledo's roster. Yes, it may be the last fat guy touchdown of the 2014 bowl season.
Covington got the score after Arkansas State QB Fredi Knighten was hit on blitz off the corner. The ball popped up into the air and Covington had nothing between himself and the end zone.
Toledo scored on the first offensive play of the game ... on defense. Arkansas State lost the ball and Trent Voss picked the ball up and dove into the end zone. The two defensive touchdowns added with three touchdown runs by star RB Kareem Hunt meant a 35-17 halftime lead for the Rockets.
