Nebraska reveals (and Bo Pelini wears) new all-red alternate uniforms (Photos)

Another day, another alternate uniform.

To celebrate the 125th year of Nebraska football, the program and Adidas unveiled new all-red uniforms with black stripes and black and silver metallic numbers. The all-red look will make its debut when the Huskers take on Illinois on September 27.

Additionally, the TECHFIT compression gear worn under the uniform features a large Nebraska “N” logo on the chest. The cleats are sharp too.

Best of all, the players got a special surprise when the team saw the new look for the first time.

Georgia WR Malcolm Mitchell to miss the start of camp after another knee surgery

Georgia WR Malcolm Mitchell's recovery from a torn ACL is not going smoothly.

Mitchell, a redshirt junior in 2014, underwent knee surgery on Thursday to fix what UGASports.com termed a "cartilage issue" in his right knee. Mitchell hurt his knee while running routes with the other Georgia receivers on Monday.

He's expected to make a "full recovery" but a timetable has not been set for his return according to school officials. Mitchell tore his right ACL while celebrating a touchdown against Clemson in Georgia's first game of 2013 and missed the rest of the season. He went up for a chest bump and landed awkwardly.

An injury to Mitchell's left leg forced him to miss spring practice earlier this year. When the school announced Mitchell's injury in the spring, it didn't provide specifics but said he would be ready for fall practice.

Mitchell had 40 catches for 572 yards in 2012. Georgia's first game of 2014 is again against Clemson on August 30.
